The ATV Safety Institute (ASI) offers three e-learning courses to address basic ATV safety principles: one for adults and teens, one for youngsters, and one for adults who will be coaching youngsters. The courses includes videos, pictures, and interactive lessons to make them fun and effective learning experiences. After completing a course, users can receive a certificate of completion.
The courses takes between 1 and 2.5 hours to complete. You can stop at any point and your progress will be saved so that you can return and pick up right where you left off.

State Certification
Some states require riders to complete an approved safety course in order to operate an ATV. To receive your state certificate, enroll in the Adults & Teens course, take the quiz, and upon successful completion you will be sent a certification card (fee required). The course is free, but there is a $25 fee to receive the State Certificate.
